We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.

SALES TAX

Sales tax of 8.75% will be added to all sales shipping to a California postal code.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of our products all sales are final. However if there is an issue with size or quality or if you have a specific question please email us at info@tolajewelry.com.

RING SIZE

If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend that you visit a local jeweler to have your finger sized.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

All pieces are made-to-order and will ship within 21-35 days of purchase unless noted otherwise. Domestic shipping within the Continental US is a $10 flat rate. Orders are shipped insured via USPS Priority Mail and usually take 2-3 days for receipt within the continental US. If you need your order sooner please email us at info@tolajewelry.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. International orders are shipped insured via USPS Express Mail International. Shipping fees to Canada are a $35 flat rate. Shipping fees to all other countries are a $50 flat rate. Any taxes, duties, and custom fees associated with shipping outside the United States are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that once delivery is confirmed through the carrier, neither Tola Jewelry nor USPS is responsible for the security of mailed goods.

JEWELRY CARE

Our jewelry is delicate and requires care when handling and wearing. To preserve the longevity of our jewelry we recommend removing your Tola pieces when bathing, exercising, and sleeping.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Many of Tola Jewelry's pieces are also available in white gold. Select pieces can be tailored to suit your preference by altering the metal type, finish, or stone. Please contact us at info@tolajewelry.com with any inquiries regarding customization options and custom projects.
